Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of 360sites. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully and contact Support if you have questions.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at sign-up, or otherwise using 360sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What 360sites is
360sites offers full circle visibility for your work and life: technology to publish a 360 Site that brings together your social media, your websites, your contact options and everything about you, and to manage your online presence. In these Terms, a “creator” is the person who publishes a 360 Site. Visitors can use a creator’s contact links and book available appointments. 360sites is operated by My360sites, based in the United States.
360sites is not a party to the sale between a visitor and a creator: paid sessions and offers are sold by the creator through their own Stripe account (see section 5). Creators are independent and are responsible for their content and any services they provide. 360sites does not provide professional services or guarantee results.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, verify your email, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
You may hold a single account. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or unlawful.
4. Creators — additional terms
As a creator you are an independent professional. You are solely responsible for your content, the services you deliver, your licenses, and your taxes.
360sites may require identity verification before your 360 Site appears in the community or can accept bookings. You control the information and content you publish on your 360 Site and grant 360sites permission to host and display it so the service can operate.
5. Bookings, paid sessions and payment processing fee
Creators can offer free appointments and, where available, paid sessions and other paid offers.
Paid sales are charged through Stripe directly to the creator’s verified Stripe account. The creator is the seller of record and is responsible for the service, taxes and disputes related to the sale. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and are processed through 360sites Support.
360sites keeps a 3% payment processing fee on each paid sale, the same on every plan, including Free, Pro, Premium Club and Community Builder. It is not a commission and does not depend on your membership. Stripe’s own processing fees are charged separately to the creator’s Stripe account. We may update the payment processing fee in the future; we will notify you in advance, and the new fee will only apply to sales created after it takes effect.
The fee in effect when a sale is created applies to that sale; a later change does not modify sales already made. When a paid sale is refunded, the payment processing fee for the refunded amount is refunded as well.
A booking is confirmed according to the availability and confirmation details shown in the booking flow.
6. Creator responsibilities
Creators are responsible for the content and services they provide through their 360 Site.
Creators are responsible for complying with obligations that apply to their independent activities.
Creators who connect analytics or advertising tags to their 360 Site may only use accounts they control, are the party responsible for the data those tags collect, must disclose them in their own privacy notice and comply with the applicable privacy laws and the providers’ terms, and must not use them to collect sensitive data about their visitors.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
You can manage an appointment from Agenda or from the appointment details. You can cancel up to 24 hours before it starts; a paid session cancelled in time is refunded in full automatically. For anything else, including cancellations with less notice, contact Support. Our Refund Policy explains every case.
8. Creator memberships
Creators may subscribe to a 360sites membership (Pro, Premium Club or Community Builder). Available plans, prices, billing periods and free trials are shown in Memberships before you subscribe. Memberships do not change the payment processing fee.
Memberships are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The yearly plan is charged upfront for the full year.
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Choosing a lower plan replaces your current plan right away.
On paid plans you can hide the 360sites promotional button on your public 360 Site. On the Free plan it is always shown.
9. New tools
360sites may add new creator tools over time. The current availability of tools is shown in the product.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use 360sites for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose; not to harass, abuse or impersonate others; not to post infringing or illegal content; and not to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
In particular, you agree not to scrape or use automated tools to abuse the service, and not to misuse other users’ personal data.
11. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant 360sites a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.
You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
12. Sessions and messaging
Video sessions and messaging take place through the platform. You agree to behave lawfully and professionally. Sessions are not recorded by 360sites.
13. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers for creator membership billing, video, email, notifications and other services. Their terms may also apply to your use of those services.
14. Intellectual property
360sites, its name, logos and software are owned by 360sites or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
15. Disclaimers
The platform and the content provided by creators are offered “as is” and “as available”. Beyond identity verification, 360sites does not independently verify the accuracy, quality or suitability of the content, advice or services creators provide.
360sites does not itself provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You rely on creators’ guidance at your own risk.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360sites will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of creators or their clients. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid to 360sites in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 360sites harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. You may close your account at any time from your Account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment obligations, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version and update the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of 360sites after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you reside.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
21. Creator content and community tools
Creators can publish content on their 360 Site subject to these Terms and the content rules of the platform.
You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the content and links on your 360 Site.
